However, this shall not apply when this shop is not obligated to perform Correction, etc. under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations.
Suspension of Use, etc. of Personal Information
When a customer requests suspension of use or deletion (hereinafter referred to as “Suspension of Use, etc.”) of personal information on the grounds that it is being handled beyond the scope of the publicly announced purpose of use or was acquired through deception or other improper means, in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act, and if it is found that the request has merit, this shop will, after confirming that the request is made by the customer themselves, promptly implement Suspension of Use, etc. of the personal information and notify the customer accordingly. However, this shall not apply when this shop is not obligated to implement Suspension of Use, etc. under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations.
